Bio of David J. Paladino

David Paladino is the founder of Dino’s Storage.  He is a Real Estate broker in Nebraska, Iowa, and Colorado.

Dave was born in Omaha Nebraska and raised in western and northeastern Nebraska.  He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska in Omaha, with a degree in marketing.  Dave began his business career in Atlanta where he worked for an IBM industry remarketer.  In the early 1990’s, Dave returned to Nebraska to become Vice President of small real estate firm.  In 1994, Dave bought the firm and changed the name to Landmark Management Group, now Landmark Group.  Landmark Group has grown to become the largest manager of single-family homes in Nebraska.  In addition to property management, Landmark specializes in renovation, maintenance, leasing, and brokerage of single-family investment houses.  It also serves investors and homeowners with agent and brokerage services in residential, commercial and investment sales.  As part of the management team, Landmark developed a maintenance organization of over 30 technicians. 

Wanting to help his business grow and to better understand his customers Dave went back to school.  In  2000 he graduated of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate with a master’s degree in real estate development.  The title of Dave's master thesis is, “Small Real Estate Companies and Business Process Enterprise”.  Dave is anxious to share his knowledge with anyone whether you are actively in the market or just want information. 
 
In 1999, Dave founded, Dino’s Storage.  Dino’s Storage owns and develops self-storage units and is based in Omaha Nebraska. Dino's currently has seven locations in the United States and one in Canada. Five facilities are located in Omaha, and two in the Des Moines Iowa area.  The most recent addition to the Dino's Storage facilities is the Stowaway Storage in Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada.  There are two major construction projects underway in the Omaha area plus plans for an additional facility in Des Moines.


Dino’s Storage is a self-storage operation that understands it customers and provides the highest level of customer service.  Dino’s Storage also specializes in the development of self-storage facilities.  Prior to reorganization, Dave was on the Central Regional Board of directors for the Self-Storage Association.  He is currently heading up the organization of the Nebraska Self Storage Association.

Dave also began Foundation Capital Partners, Inc., a Mortgage Brokerage/Banking business in January 2004.

In his free time, Dave is an amateur triathlete.  Dave and his wife Lisa are the Nebraska coordinators for the Bullmastiff Rescue Association of America and they attend Christ Community Church in Omaha.
