How to calculate the rent:
Manager Special price of your desired unit size + $10 application fee + Dino’s Protection plan you picked + disc lock fee $16.05 (If you need one)
Since we are giving current month free deal, you are paying for the following month and the reoccuring amount of rent+Dino’s Protection Plan will be paid from the next month.

- Payments received after 2 PM will NOT be posted until the next business day.
- If you have been locked out of your unit, please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) after completing your payment for access to be regained.
- This means if the payment is received after 2 PM on Monday, access may not be granted until Wednesday.
- If a payment is made after 2 PM on Friday, access may not be granted until Tuesday.
