For the amount, only enter numeric data (e.g. 25.00) and NO SYMBOLS (dollar sign, comma, etc.). If you are paying after the 5th, you must include the late charge, however, the payment will not instantly grant access to your storage unit if it has been locked. Payments will take a couple days to process.
- Payments received after 2 PM will NOT be posted until the next business day.
- If you have been locked out of your unit, please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) after completing your payment for access to be regained.
- This means if the payment is received after 2 PM on Monday, access may not be granted until Wednesday.
- If a payment is made after 2 PM on Friday, access may not be granted until Tuesday.
